Welcome to LariHub. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform to organize or register for running events.

1. Introduction

By accessing and using "LariHub", "we", "us", or "our", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Event Organization

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, safety of participants, and fulfillment of advertised packages. LariHub acts as a marketplace and registration platform but does not organize the events directly properly unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to remove any event that violates our community guidelines or is suspected of being fraudulent.

3. Payments & Fees

LariHub processes payments via Billplz. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Organizers receive payouts according to the schedule defined in their account settings, subject to meaningful verification.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Participants should contact the organizer directly for refund requests. LariHub is not liable for refunds unless the event failure is due to our platform's technical error.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
